Family Fun Day

Recently Dan and I decided that we need to take intentional "family fun" days.  We had a rough fall with Dan's broken foot and then a newborn in the house so we are definitely ready to get out and have some FUN!  A couple of weeks ago we were having some record high weather so we took a picnic over to a local park where they also have an awesome water fountain area for kids to play. Luke wore his little swim suit for the first time- so adorable!

The whole time we were having our picnic- Amelia kept saying "I play in water" or "ready to go play in water"- when we get there check out the death grip she has on Daddy

Amelia LOVES this Minnie Mouse swimsuit cover- I found it at our local consignment sale and it was higher priced than I like to spend- but it was brand new and I knew she would LOVE it- and it matches her adorable swimsuit I had found earlier

she calls it her "Minnie Mouse hat"
