She is cooing and "talking" all the time now and we have even heard some really sweet laughs. We recorded her laughing just last night- hopefully we can figure out how to upload it to this so we can share it with you. Amelia has a whole new wardrobe now- although they are all too big on her. She does still fit into a lot of her 0-3 clothes but Mommy just loves all the new cute outfits for 3-6 months. Amelia is still sleeping great- going to bed around 9pm and waking up between 7:30 and 8:00am. Her feedings are now typically about 4 hrs apart. She loves to play on her play mat or on a quilt with her toys nearby. She can scoot herself around and is rolling up on her left side. She can almost roll over to her belly- but not quite yet. She loves to grab things- and her favorite toy right now is probably her cat toy. It's a stuffed cat that has the crinkle material on each of the paws and it has a couple of rings in one hand. Mommy is partial to this toy because it's a cat- but Amelia does love to play with it especially in the car. She still does NOT like her car seat overall. We did discover that she loves to ride in her stroller although I kinda have to prop her up in it for now. We are working on more consistent and longer afternoon naps (trying to combine two short naps into one longer nap).
She is definitely a snuggler- especially in the morning when she first gets up.
